Economy Plumbing Supply Branding Update
Branding update for a local, family-owned plumbing supply and design company with retail and showroom locations. The leadership team wanted to give the company’s look a refresh without shocking contrast to the established and familiar brand. The goal was to develop a brand that reflects trust in Economy’s industry expertise, modernized operations, and the breadth of Economy’s retail supply and interior design offerings. The brand message needed to speak to both the aesthetic kitchen and bath needs of interior consumers as well as the dependable supply source for industry contractors who make these home spaces functional and possible. Together with the leadership team, we helped develop an updated, on-message tagline for the brand.
With the logo icon and fonts, we injected some nostalgic elements while maintaining recognizable qualities of the established, long-standing branding. Illustrations from old publications were recreated and reintroduced and subdued primary colors lend a sense of refined easiness.
The logo and branding elements had not been updated since the company’s founding in 1932.
